| What experience is required to charter a yacht? | If you do not have tickets we will run your experience past our Insurance Company, who will then confirm whether your experience is adequate to charter a Yacht |

| Do the yachts have bed linen? | No but we can supply sleeping bags (£18 for w/e and £20 for wk) we do NOT supply pillows | |||
| Do you supply Oilskins? | We do supply them but for an additional cost (£6 for day, £12 for w/e and £30 for wk) | |||
| Do you supply Lifejackets? | All yachts carry full safety gear in accordance with MCA Codes of Practice for Charter Yachts including lifejackets | |||
| Do the yachts have Dinghies? | All yachts have dinghies but outboards are an additional cost of £30 for w/e and £60 for wk | |||
| What utensils are on the yachts? | All yachts have full utensil provision. Contact us for details of each yacht | |||
| What pontoon are the yachts on? | All our yachts are berthed on C pontoon (The gate code to the pontoon changes weekly) | |||
| What facilities does the Yacht Haven have? | Showers, Laundry room, Bar/Bistro, Bags of ice | |||
| Parking? | 24 hour free parking in The Yacht Haven | |||
| Supermarkets? | Supermarkets are within 10 minutes walking distance - Waitrose, Tesco & Marks & Spencer | |||
